Gift vouchers and bookings for the BLUE-art SPA and holiday apartment can only be selected and paid for online.

Important: By purchasing gift vouchers and bookings, you accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use as well as those of BLUE-art Roggegratbad AG. Please read these terms and conditions before making a purchase.
All gift vouchers and bookings must be paid by credit card or PostFinance.
If you have not received your order, you must notify us within one month of the order date. After this period, the voucher is deemed to have been lost and any reissue of the voucher will incur costs.
Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions govern all financial transactions between you – the customer – and BLUE-art Roggegratbad AG – the operator of the online shop and booking system.
Ordering and conclusion of contract
Offers for gift vouchers and bookings made by BLUE-art Roggegratbad AG are binding. The order confirmation e-mail serves as a written confirmation of your order.
A gift voucher lost by the customer will not be replaced or refunded.
Any booking not honoured by the customer will not be refunded.
Delivery, delivery time and shipping costs
You can place your orders on our website 24 hours a day.
Gift vouchers are delivered by A Mail within three working days.
Shipping costs of CHF 5 are charged directly to the respective order.
Validity
Gift vouchers for a service and gift vouchers with a nominal value are subject to Article 127 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (statutory limitation period of 10 years). Gift vouchers for a service entitle the holder to receive the specified service. This service is guaranteed for the duration of the offer and the value is valid for 10 years. If the service is no longer offered or no longer offered at the same price, an equivalent value for an equivalent service will be credited. No exchanges or refunds will be made.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years. Once this period has expired, they will be automatically deactivated by our system. For this reason, your gift voucher will need to be reissued in order to be used. Please contact our administration department at info@blue-art-roggegratbad.ch to find out how to have your voucher reissued.
Gift vouchers are only valid if the code has not yet been used. We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised use of gift vouchers and codes.
Gift vouchers are ultimately used as a means of payment during the online booking process in order to pay for the corresponding service in full or in part.
No refund will be issued if the gift voucher is used to pay for a booking whose value is lower than that of the original gift voucher value.
Gift vouchers are printed on original gift cards from BLUE-art Roggegratbad with an assigned number/code and sent by post.
Having a gift voucher reissued
1- There is no guarantee that a gift voucher can be reissued.
2- If the gift voucher can be reissued, a processing fee of CHF 20 per gift voucher will be charged.
3- Please allow up to 10 working days for returns.
Terms of use for online bookings
Please adhere to the specified times.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not possible and the payment will be non-refundable. Changes or cancellations to a booking can only be made by e-mail to info@blue-art-roggegratbad.ch at least 48 hours in advance.
Payment method
Online orders must be paid for by credit card/PostFinance Card. The goods remain the property of BLUE-art Roggegratbad AG until full payment has been received.
Data protection
We only collect the data necessary for processing the order. All personal data is treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties outside BLUE-art Roggegratbad AG under any circumstances.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject exclusively to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
